1.What applications is Symbyote 12FET designed for?
Designed for high-performance electric scooters, lightweight e-motorcycles, e-bikes, esk8 builds, and other compact EV platforms.
2. Is the controller waterproof?
No. The controller is not fully waterproof. Electronics are conformal-coated for splash resistance, but direct water exposure or submersion is not recommended.
3. Does the controller support VESC-based tuning?
Yes. Symbyote 12FET uses a VESC-based workflow and supports advanced tuning and monitoring features.
4. Is tuning/setup support available?
Yes. Early-access users currently receive direct setup and tuning guidance from our team.
5. Does the controller support dual-motor setups?
Yes. Dual-controller scooter setups are supported using CAN synchronization architecture.
6. Are display and throttle options included?
Display and throttle compatibility depends on the vehicle platform and installation requirements. Final configuration is reviewed during compatibility evaluation.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges in their own country.
